Number 1 Polish tivimate stalker with access to 29024 digital TV - October 2026

FULL-KEYS4K is a Polish-hosted Stalker portal that punches far above its weight, and after a week of stress-testing it on a Fire TV 4K Max, a Shield and a cheap Android box, it earned the top slot in my Stalker ranking. The headline figure is 29,024 live channels, but the real story is underneath it: a mixed HLS/TS transport layer serving H.264 and HEVC, a verified 70ms handshake from Warsaw, and an on-demand library that swallows 52,275 movies and 18,498 television series without breaking a sweat. What makes a Stalker portal feel premium is not the channel count, it is the response time and the stability when the evening football schedule hits. This portal delivered a sub-second channel switch on Polish sport and NBA PPV feeds, kept 4K HEVC streams locked at a rock-solid buffer, and never once dropped a session mid-match. This guide walks through exactly how to bind your device, how to configure TiviMate correctly, and what hardware actually decodes this library without stuttering.

What Makes FULL-KEYS4K The Top Polish Stalker Portal

I did not take this portal at face value. I bound a fresh MAC address to the panel, pulled the Stalker handshake on three different networks, and then spent seven days driving it hard: Polish football weekenders, Eleven Sports, NBA package games, plus a full evening binge through the VOD catalogue. Here is what the numbers actually looked like under load.

Understanding Stalker Portal Authentication

Stalker is a different beast from Xtream Codes, and that difference dictates everything about your setup. There is no M3U playlist and no XMLTV URL to paste. Instead, the portal identifies your device by MAC address. When your player connects, it sends a handshake request to the portal server that carries the MAC you registered, plus the login and password assigned to that line. The server responds with a token and a channel list.

The address you will use on the FULL-KEYS4K panel follows the classic Stalker format: http://vpn.full-keys4k.xyz:80/stalker_portal/c/portal.php?type=stb&mac=YOUR_MAC_HERE. The panel URL itself is http://vpn.full-keys4k.xyz:80. Remember that the transport is plain HTTP on port 80, so the handshake is not encrypted. That matters for anyone running this over a shared or monitored connection, and I explain the practical implications further down in the section on ISP detection.

Configuring TiviMate For This Portal Step By Step

TiviMate remains the best client for a Stalker portal of this size, mostly because it handles the token exchange cleanly and caches channel data locally so the 29,000-plus channel list feels instant. Install TiviMate 4.x or 5.x from the official Play Store or Amazon Appstore, then follow this sequence.

1. Open the Live TV tab and tap the + button in the top right corner.
2. Select Stalker Portal as the stream type.
3. Enter the portal server URL, the MAC address you bound in the FULL-KEYS4K panel, and the portal login and password issued with your line.
4. Run the channel sync. Allow it to finish completely before closing the app, otherwise the group structure loads incomplete.
5. Go to Settings → EPG and choose the portal’s built-in EPG source, then adjust the EPG offset so channel numbers line up with the guide ordering.
6. Enable Start on last channel and set the player to decode with hardware acceleration.

Once bound, the EPG pull on this portal was consistently under two seconds, and channel zapping between Polish sports categories took barely a moment. The interface also lets you pin favourite groups such as Polsat, Canal+ Sport, Eleven Sports and TVN, which is far more usable than scrolling an unfiltered list of 29,024 entries.

Channel And VOD Lineup Breakdown

The catalogue is genuinely international rather than Polish-only, which is unusual for a portal marketed on the Polish market. Sports coverage is the anchor: UK VIDIO EPL PPV for English Premier League fixtures, US NBA PACKAGE for basketball, DE BUNDESLIGA and DE DYN NETWORK for German football, NL DAZN PPV for Dutch league action, and US MLS NETWORK for North American soccer. Entertainment and factual channels are equally deep, with UK SKYMIX DOCS and UK DOCUMENTARY offering broad non-fiction programming, plus US networks including TELEMUNDO NETWORK and the TV ᴿᴬᵂ ⁶⁰ᶠᵖˢ adult tier for complete coverage.

On the on-demand side, the categories reveal the portal’s real strength: NETFLIX and 4K NETFLIX MOVIES blocks sit beside regional libraries such as NL SKY SHOWTIME, FR DRAME, FR COMÉDIE/DRAME, FR MANGA, NETFLIX ASIA, and QC NOËL for the seasonal catalogue. There are also curated genres including EN GANGSTER & MAFIA, EN STANDUP COMEDY, EN ACTORS & DIRECTORS, and NL OLD BUT GOLD for classic archive viewing. When I
